Today, California Public Utilities Commissioner Carla Peterman issued a historic proposed decision to expand the role of investor owned utilities in the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The broad decision is a positive move for the EV market as it lifts limitations on the deployment of EV infrastructure by utilities.
