How To Activate My Card

Don't Have a ChargePoint Account?

1. Click Sign Up and follow the instructions.
2. In the ChargePoint Cards section, enter the serial number found on your ChargePoint card.
3. If you have additional cards, click Add Card and enter the serial numbers found on the additional ChargePoint cards.
4. Complete the Sign Up process.
5. Congratulations, your ChargePoint card(s) are now activated!

Already Have a ChargePoint Account?

1. Click Log In.
2. Enter your E-mail Address and Password and click Login.
3. Click My Account and then Setup ChargePoint Card.
4. Then enter your ChargePoint card Serial Number in the Activate Additional ChargePoint Card(s) section.

Need Another ChargePoint Card?

1. Make sure that you've already signed up for a ChargePoint account.
2. Order a replacement card by logging in to your account.
3. Enter your E-mail Address and Password and click Login.
4. Click My Account and then Purchase ChargePoint Card.
5. Complete the information and select Proceed to payment.
6. Once you recieve your new card in the mail, then follow the steps above to activate it.
