Regional Account Manager

In this critical sales role, you will have a successful track record and relevant experience selling hardware/software to a variety of Enterprise customers. If you have experience selling EV Charging stations and existing relationships in the industry that would be a major benefit. Director of Product Marketing

We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, Product Marketing Director / Senior Director to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for ChargePoint’s products and services. This person will lead the B2B marketing strategy, demand generation, content fulfillment, and program on awareness creation, revenue, and market share growth. ChargePoint is the market leader providing property owners and electric vehicle owners everything they need to plug in and charge. We are a fast-paced, dynamic technology company that is disrupting transportation and energy and helping drive the smart home. This is a key senior level position. Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is required. Also, experience in Search Engine Marketing, and advertising would be beneficial.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Offshore Factory Support

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be ChargePoint’s technical and operations representative for all tactical issues at our CM factory(s) in Mexico and will spend approx. 80-90% of their time located in the factory. They will be the first point of contact on tactical technical and operations issues and will be key to the smooth day to day operations of ChargePoint’s offshore manufacturing programs. This person will be expected to function as a project manager as well as providing hands on technical oversight and assistance. They will work directly with CM and ChargePoint program and project managers, supply chain managers, quality engineers, test engineers, process engineers, and logistics staff.

Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing specialized administrative support to the Sales Executives and general support to the sales department staff (as necessary) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include general office management including travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling, calendaring, administrative support, office supplies procurement, and organizing and scheduling numerous events. In addition, this individual will be responsible for interfacing with senior management within the company as well as external customers and partners and other organizations. This individual will also coordinate activities between various departments within ChargePoint such as Software, Sales and infrastructure groups as necessary. The Senior Administrative Assistant is additionally in charge of organizing weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and a majority of the work may be of a critical or confidential nature. Organization and attention to detail are crucial in reviewing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents; preparing background documents as necessary, preparing presentation materials and other duties as assigned. This person is required to exercise independent thinking and decision making to support department and executive level work, handle confidential information and maintain tact and diplomacy in all situations.

Regional Director, Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs

ChargePoint’s Government Affairs team is seeking a qualified candidate to help develop and execute successful regulatory and legislative policies to ensure dominance of the Company’s network and products and to advance ChargePoint’s policy objectives at the Federal, State and local levels with an emphasis on the Eastern Region of the United States. Specifically the candidate will report to the Vice President for Government and work with the broader ChargePoint team to expand ChargePoint presence, agenda and resources to drive outcomes to reflect the increasing importance of the State and local government role in EV policy, market development and funding.

Grant Operations and Public Policy Manager

The Grant Operations and Public Policy Manager is responsible for grant development, administration and project management for ChargePoint in the government grant arena. You will also be responsible for grant development activities that include identifying federal, state, local and regional grants for ChargePoint and interfacing with government agencies to establish ChargePoint interest or perspective in funding opportunities. The position will manage and prepare the grant submissions, including applications for research and development and/or deployment grants. The position will also administer the grants by managing and coordinating, internally and externally, the implementation of grant-funded project(s). The role will interface with external grant customers as well as internal grant processing to tracking data and information. The position will ensure administrative compliance with government agencies.

Revenue Ops Associate

The Revenue Operations Associate will manage vendor set up and maintenance, own the accounts receivable process, manage DSO and collections and follow through with grant processing.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial close and input to the reporting process. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager supervises staff accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation. Reports to VP of Finance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee and support all marketing activities with our strategic partners, distributors, resellers, and installers. As a key member of the ChargePoint Marketing team, you will interface regularly with our executive team, sales and support departments.

Customer Support Representative, Level II

Under general supervision, in a call center environment, Customer Support Representatives will provide administrative and light technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, account verification and registration, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Project Manager - Business Development

The Project Manager will be responsible for the DC charger installation project(s) that span the geographic region on the West Coast of the US. You will be primarily responsible for developing and executing the West Coast infrastructure build-out program to optimally deploy a public fast charging infrastructure for ChargePoint. This project is receiving support from major Automotive companies to deploy stations that allow fast charging for all compatible electric vehicles.
