Field Marketing Manager
ChargePoint is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing territory focused marketing programs in collaboration with the assigned field sales stakeholders for the sales region. You will partner with the Sales organization to create and manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline development needs including hosted events, industry tradeshows, customer touch strategies, telesales campaigns, and various other marketing tactics to support the field sales organization.

Director of Manufacturing Engineering
ChargePoint’s Operations team is seeking a qualified candidate to be responsible for directing NPI and on-going production at contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing sites. The best candidate will be hands on as well as able to manage a team in a fast paced environment.
Failure Analysis and Test Support Engineer
ChargePoint's Operations team is seeking an experienced engineer to analyze factory and field failures and to support the test engineering team in the ongoing operation and maintenance of PCBA and system level test equipment. This person will be highly self-directed, experienced in both electrical and mechanical systems, and able to provide technical guidance to assembly and test technicians. This position will report into the Quality group at ChargePoint.


Regional Account Executive
In this critical sales role, you will have a successful track record and relevant experience selling hardware/software to a variety of Enterprise customers. If you have experience selling EV Charging stations and existing relationships in the industry that would be a major benefit. Of course, you must have experience identifying sales opportunities and working opportunities to closure. Additionally, you are working with VARs/channel partners and developing relationships with prospects and stakeholders is required. You must be able to thrive in a fast paced sales environment, be creative, independent, focused and an excellent problem solver.
Sales Development Manager
Our sales development team is growing and we are seeking exceptional sales talent to join us. The Sales Development Manager will drive sales in tandem with managing and coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives to success. You will have individual and shared ownership of completing and closing sales to achieve and exceed team goals and individual quotas. Partnering with the territory account managers you will receive inbound leads and work with the Sales Development Representatives to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify and close opportunities. You will have shared responsibility to manage the activities and development of the Sales Development Representatives and create a competitive, collaborative, sales-focused team.
Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for strategically developing sales opportunities for the ChargePoint field sales team. The primary focus will be innovatively generating leads, identified through an educated variety of inbound and outbound approaches, including printed and electronic medium coupled with strong customer interaction. The position will require flexibility in working with the changing environment of a global sales force and the position holder will undertake other duties as assigned.
Sales Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales process. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team (direct and channels) as a key technical advisor and advocate for our products and solutions. You must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You will also be responsible for developing RFP responses and providing training on our products to channel partners and end-customers.
Sales Research Specialist
This position is responsible for assisting in preparing and analyzing various sales data and trends within the sales division. With an emphasis on sales development project qualification, the individual will perform various metric analytics, report deviations, and potential issues to management with recommendations. The individual will explore data trends and develop actionable insights to drive business. Support Services

Customer Support Engineer - AZ
Under general supervision, in a call center environment, Customer Support Representatives will provide administrative and light technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, account verification and registration, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required. This role is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Relocation will not be provided.
Electrician, EV Field Support
ChargePoint's offerings are expanding and we are looking for an Electrician to focus on our EV Field Support efforts. This role will interface with internal and external customers. This position requires the unique combination of customer interfacing skills required to respond to and correct reported outages of EV charging equipment with the skills and certifications required of a licensed journeyman electrician. The ideal candidate installs, repairs, and maintains Electric Vehicle charging stations and in the course of those duties from time-to-time must work on transformers, generators, lights, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.
