How do I report a ChargePoint station that is not working properly?

If you come across a station that is down, select Report a Problem under Station Details in the ChargePoint app to let us know. For stations on partner roaming networks, call the support number posted on the station.
When we encounter a ChargePoint charging station that is not operating correctly or a driver notifies us that a ChargePoint station is down, we reach out to the owner and help facilitate the repair. Because most stations on our network are independently owned and operated, the owner is responsible for station maintenance.
