Maryland Department of the Environment Charge Ahead Grant Program (CAGP) Round 3 has roughly $2.25M in competitive funding to install Level 2 charging stations at Maryland-based workplaces, allowing both employee and public charging. Eligible applicants include non-profit and private employers (workplace), state, federal and local governmental organizations. Applicants may receive grants covering up to 60% of the cost to purchase and install Level 2 chargers, with a maximum reimbursement of $4,500 per networked charger and $2,500 per non-networked charger. There is a $600,000 total award cap for each parent company or lead agency. Applications are evaluated competitively and due by April 18, 2025
