PA EVC-RAA Round 1A

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has released $4.7 million in funding for the repair or replacement of listed non-operational chargers through Round 1A of the EVC-RAA program. Chargers must be included in the list of eligible AFDC Station IDs and not currently meet all Federal Rule requirements. A Project is eligible as long as chargers are upgraded to meet the standards found in the Federal Rule, open to the public, include a minimum of four ports, and meet specified power levels by charging type. Installed chargers will need to be Buy America compliant. This is a competitive solicitation and will open on November 11, 2024, and close on January 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT.
