How It Works

To order your ChargePoint Home Flex through the discount program, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the below contact information form, making sure to enter your business email address correctly, and click ‘Submit’.

Step 2: Within one to two business days, you will receive an email to your business email address from a ChargePoint representative that contains a one-time-use promo code, which you will use to order your ChargePoint Home Flex from ChargePoint’s online store.

Step 3: Visit the ChargePoint Home Flex online store page and add your desired product to your cart.

Step 4: On the Shopping Cart page, enter the promo code you received via email and click ‘Apply’. The discount will appear as applied to the item in your cart.

Step 5: Complete the secure checkout process by entering your billing, shipping, and payment method information.

Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free. ChargePoint only ships within the U.S. and Canada. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your order.

Return Policy: The ChargePoint online store allows returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of order receipt for full refund. You are responsible for return shipping. Follow the instructions in the order confirmation emails to initiate a return or check your order status.

Sales Tax: Based on the state to which the order is shipped, your order might be subject to a sales tax. Any applicable sales tax will appear in your order summary as you complete checkout.
