What if I lose my ChargePoint card or need new cards?

You can order additional replacement cards. In the ChargePoint app, just go to Account, select Manage Cards and then click Get Card. In the driver portal, go to Account, select Manage Cards and then Request. Keep in mind that your first card is free, but additional cards have a fee.

If you lose your card, delete it from your account so others cannot use it.

In North America, you can also use your smartphone or smartwatch to start charging at ChargePoint public charging stations using Tap to Charge.
