Our leaders

Rick Wilmer is President and Chief Executive Officer at ChargePoint, and a member of the Board of Directors. He previously served as ChargePoint’s Chief Operating Officer from July of 2022 until November of 2023, in which he was responsible for Product Management, Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, as well as Customer Experience. He brings business and financial acumen to ChargePoint from prior leadership roles in a career that spans more than 30 years, including the position of CEO at Pliant Technology, Leyden Energy, Mojo Networks and Chowbotics. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Batill has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2025. Mr. Batill joined ChargePoint in September 2021, and has served in various capacities, most recently as Vice-President, Corporate and Securities. Prior to ChargePoint, Mr. Batill served in various legal roles, from June 2019 to August 2021, at Palo Alto Networks, Inc., a global cyber security company, including as Senior Director, General Counsel. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Inc., Mr. Batill served as a Corporate Associate with Cooley LLP with a focus on emerging companies, corporate securities, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Batill holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Santa Clara University, School of Law.

Jaser Faruq is ChargePoint’s Chief Product and Software Officer, leading the product management and software development teams. Most recently, he led Schneider Electric’s North American portfolio electrification businesses including the development of electrification hardware such as EV Chargers, batteries and smart panels. Faruq also managed a portfolio of acquired software companies - Qmerit, EVConnect, EnergySage and Wattbuy. Before that, he held a number of leadership roles at Tesla, including leading Tesla’s Powerwall and Solar businesses where he was responsible for sales, product, design engineering, installation operations and customer support. Additionally, during his tenure at Tesla he managed the product roadmap for all charging and energy storage programmes.

Hossein Kazemi has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Throughout his career, he has led the design, development, compliance and manufacture of high-power, high-voltage electronics equipment for diverse energy applications. Prior to joining ChargePoint in 2019, Hossein led the design, development and manufacture of BMS, DC to DC converter and software for the Primus Power flow battery technology. Hossein previously held leadership positions at Schneider Electric and GreenVolts. He graduated from Shahid Beheshti University with a degree in electrical engineering.

Mansi Khetani is the Chief Financial Officer at ChargePoint, where she has led ChargePoint’s Financial Planning and Analysis efforts for more than five years. Mansi has extensive experience spanning financial planning, corporate development, M&A and investment banking. Prior to joining ChargePoint, she served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for both Gainsight and Rocket Fuel, and prior to that she held senior positions at leading investment banks including Piper Jaffray and Merrill Lynch. Mansi received her M.B.A. with a specialisation in Financial Management from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, and is a chartered accountant. Mansi has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai.

Jagdeep Singh. Mr. Singh has served as the Company’s Chief Customer Experience Officer since March 2024. From October 2022 to February 2024, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President Customer Services. Prior to joining ChargePoint, Mr. Singh served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Customer Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a global information technology company, from May 2015 to October 2022 where he oversaw Global Support, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Success. Mr. Singh received a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Chico.

Mr. Vice has served as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer since September 2024. Mr. Vice has more than thirty years of sales and marketing experience delivering global business and sales solutions. Prior to joining ChargePoint, Mr. Vice served as Chief Revenue Officer, at NTT Data Services, a global innovator of IT and business services, from February 2020 until April 2024 and as President, Commercial Industries, at NTT Data Services from May 2018 until February 2020. Prior to NTT Data Services, Mr. Vice served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Omnitracs, LLC, a provider of fleet management software solutions, from July 2014 until April 2018. Mr. Vice received a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Texas Tech University.
