QC Roulez Vert Financial Assistance Program - MFH

If you own or are a tenant of a multi-unit residential building in Quebec, you are eligible for financial assistance to purchase or lease and install Level 2 EV charging stations in your multi-unit building. Gouvernement du Québec’s Roulez vert financial assistance program offers up to 50% of the eligible expenses or up to $5,000 per connector or wireless charging station. The maximum amount of financial assistance is based on building size and ranges from $20,000 for a building with 3 to 9 dwelling units to up to $49,000 for a building with 20 or more dwelling units. Applicants apply for incentives after installations are complete. The program window reopened on April 1st, 2025 and will remain open until December 31, 2026. Funds are limited, and it is encouraged to get applications in as soon as possible to ensure funding is available.

Les propriétaires ou résidents peuvent demander une aide financière pour un projet d'installation de bornes de recharge multilogement. Le programme d'aide financière Roulez vert du gouvernement du Québec offre jusqu'à 50 % des dépenses admissibles ou jusqu'à 5 000 $ par connecteur ou borne de recharge sans fil. Le montant maximal de l'aide financière est déterminé selon la taille du bâtiment et varie de 20 000 $ pour un bâtiment de 3 à 9 logements, à 49 000 $ pour un bâtiment de 20 logements ou plus. Les demandes d'aide financière sont présentées une fois les installations terminées. Le programme a rouvert ses portes le 1er avril 2025 et restera ouvert jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Les fonds étant limités, il est recommandé de soumettre sa demande le plus tôt possible afin de garantir la disponibilité du financement.
