When will the hold amount be released?

Once your charging session ends, we provide your bank with the final cost within few minutes, and they release any leftover funds. Please note that it might take up to seven business days for your bank to release the hold amount. If it has been more than seven business days and you still see a hold, we recommend contacting your bank directly. We can provide a session receipt to help.
