How do I add a station photo in the ChargePoint app?

Adding photos of specific stations help other drivers find the station, see its condition and decide if it suits their needs. To add station photos, complete the following steps:

• Open the ChargePoint app and locate the station where you want to add a photo.
• Tap the site pin and then tap the site card to open the site page.
• Open the Chargers tab and tap the port you want to photograph.
• Tap the View Photos section. If photos are already displayed, scroll to the end to find the Add Photo icon to add your own. Grant access to your camera, if prompted.

• Capture the photo (use landscape, or horizontal, orientation) and tap Use Photo.

  Tip: To make sure that the station photos are accurate, take a photo in real-time and do not upload previous photos. You can retake photos if you need to.

  Choose to add your photo to one specific port, all ports on a station, or all stations at a site. You can also add a caption if you want. For example, Pull-through bay, easy access for trucks etc.

• Hit Save to upload your picture so other drivers can see it! The image should appear shortly for other drivers to view.

Good photos show the connector type, the parking layout, the station screen and any signage. They help drivers decide whether the spot will fit their vehicle.
