The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has approximately $1.89 million available to install EV DC fast-charging (DCFC) stations in public places along key charging corridors. Eligible applicants include for-profit, nonprofit, and public entities, including state, local, and Tribal governments. Charging stations must provide a total of 150kW and be accessible 24/7. MPCA will provide a maximum of 80% of project costs or up to $150,000 per dual-port DCFC station. This is a competitive solicitation and applications are due on December 9, 2025.
