The Oregon Department of Transportation is offering funding for Level 2 EV chargers through the Community Charging Rebates Program. Eligible locations include multi-family housing, public parking areas, and workplaces. Successful applicants may receive up to $8,000 per Level 2 charging port or up to 80% of eligible project costs, whichever is lower. 70% of the funding is reserved for priority communities and is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The next round of funding will run from November 6, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
