The CA South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) is offering $178.5M to purchase and install DC fast chargers for goods movement fleets through its INVEST CLEAN Program. SCAQMD will provide reimbursement of up to $700 per kW of installed charging capacity, up to the total eligible cost of the project (whichever is lower). Applications will be evaluated competitively and are due November 28, 2025.
