The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has opened Round 2 of their National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program. $32.3 million in funding is available to install DC fast charging (DCFC) stations along I-84, U.S. 20, U.S. 26, U.S. 101, and U.S. 97. Applicants may apply for funding for a single corridor or for all corridors in this round; eligible applicants include any incorporated entity or federally recognized Tribe. Each charging site must have a minimum of four (4) DCFC ports capable of charging at 150kW simultaneously. Funding will cover up to 80% of eligible project costs with applicants providing a minimum of 20% cost match. Applications are due via the online portal by February 20, 2026.
