Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Partnership

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has $22.5 million in funding available for DC fast charging (DCFC) corridor projects through their Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Partnership (ZEVIP) program. Eligible applicants include public agencies and non-profit organizations with a private sector partner contributing to the project. WSDOT is prioritizing locations within one (1) travel mile of only state routes for this round and eligible projects must install new DCFC with 4-8 ports, each supporting at least 150kW simultaneously. WSDOT will fund up to 80% of eligible project costs for awardees; a minimum 20% match is required. This is a competitive solicitation, and applications are due by February 12, 2026.
