EV Tourism Corridor Charging Program
New Jersey incentive
The 2026 New Jersey EV Tourism Corridor Charging Program is open to new applications for hotel sites only, with more than $10 million in new funding available to eligible applicants to install Level 2 and DC fast chargers (DCFC). Hotels can receive up to 90% of the cost of the charger, up to $5000 per Level 2 dual port charger and up to $100,000 for 100-200 kW per dual port DCFC and $180,000 for 200+ kW per dual port DCFC. Hotels / overnight lodging establishments must have 10 or more units. Hotels must be located within 3 miles of an eligible corridor. Non-dual port chargers are considered but applicants must follow application guidelines for installation.
If a business or organization applied in 2025 for the EV Tourism Program and was put on-hold/waitlisted, the organization can confirm their interest via email dated on or before January 23, 2026 to be reconsidered for an incentive. Program funding is first come, first serve.
