The Multifamily Charger Assistance Program provides financial incentives to multifamily property owners within San Jose Clean Energy's coverage area for the installation of EV chargers. Incentives up to $5,000 per port or up to $50,000 per eligible property are available. Participants may receive incentives for eligible costs incurred while installing qualifying EV charging equipment at eligible multifamily properties with 4 or more units on a first come first serve basis, so long as funds are available.
