Coulomb Technologies Expands Executive Staff Hires CFO

Campbell, Calif. December 1, 2010 -- Coulomb Technologies, a leader in electric vehicle infrastructure solutions today announced the addition of an executive staff membes. Tony Canova has joined Coulomb as the chief financial officer. Canova is a seasoned veteran with extensive financial management experience in publicly traded and private companies.

Tony Canova has more than 26 years experience as a CFO and partner in public accounting. Prior to joining Coulomb, Mr. Canova was Vice President of Finance, Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Brocade Communications, a publicly listed company that pioneered the Storage Area Networking Industry. Since leaving Brocade, Mr. Canova has focused on advising a number of venture-backed technology companies including 3 Leaf Systems, Ankena and Qumu, serving in roles including Chief Financial Officer as well as advisor to the CEO. Prior to Brocade Mr. Canova served as Chief Financial Officer of Wireless Inc, a wireless broadband equipment manufacturer. Tony was also an audit partner of KPMG LLP where he began his career in 1984. At KPMG Tony focused on audits, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs of a variety of technology companies. Tony holds a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
