Ames Municipal Utilities supports commercial electric customers in lowering their emissions with their Commercial Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Rebate. Customers may receive a rebate of 50% of the installation cost, up to $2,500 per port. All charging installations must be publicly accessible to qualify. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and within 60 days of equipment installation.
