Delaware Multi-family EV Charging Station Rebate Program

The Delaware Multi-Family Dwelling EV Charging Station Rebate Program offers rebates to property owners and property management companies of Delaware-based apartment complexes and condominiums (with at least 4 units and dedicated off-street parking) for the purchase and installation of new Level 2 charging stations. Rebates cover up to 75% of charging station costs and 75% of installation costs, with an additional 5% installation bonus for projects that include future-proofing (EV-capable parking spaces). Sites in Priority Areas are eligible for rebates of up to 90% of charging station costs and up to 85% of installation costs (or 90% with future-proofing). The maximum rebate is $5k per port, up to $75k per site, and no single applicant may receive more than $150k per funding round. Both existing and new construction multi-family dwellings are eligible, provided new construction submits a building permit application prior to April 11, 2027. This is a first-come, first-served program.
