Commercial home builders may be eligible to receive a $150 credit through Duke Energy’s Homebuilder Charger Prep Credit Program by installing infrastructure to support EV charging in new construction homes. The home must be located within the Duke Energy service territory in South Carolina and applications must be submitted during the construction of the home.
