The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program

The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is open August 25 through November. 4, 2026. Vehicles must be purchased or leased during that time to be eligible for the rebate. The Standard Rebate for Oregon residents, businesses, non-profits and government agencies is $2,000 for new battery electric vehicles or $1,500 for new plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. The Charge Ahead Rebate available for low- and moderate-income households is $4,000 for used battery electric vehicles, $2.500 for used plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, $7,500 for new battery electric vehicles, or $5,000 for new plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
