Tehama County Carl Moyer and FARMER Programs

The Tehama County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) is currently accepting applications for the Carl Moyer and FARMER Programs, which provide grant funding for on- and off-road emission reduction projects. Applicants must have a signed, executed contract from Tehama County APCD prior to purchasing or installing any qualifying equipment. Infrastructure projects may receive 60-100% of incentive funding depending on project type, accessibility, and location.
