Jaser Faruq

Jaser Faruq is ChargePoint’s Chief Product and Software Officer, leading the product management and software development teams. Most recently, he led Schneider Electric’s North American portfolio electrification businesses including the development of electrification hardware such as EV Chargers, batteries and smart panels. Faruq also managed a portfolio of acquired software companies - Qmerit, EVConnect, EnergySage and Wattbuy. Before that, he held a number of leadership roles at Tesla, including leading Tesla’s Powerwall and Solar businesses where he was responsible for sales, product, design engineering, installation operations and customer support. Additionally, during his tenure at Tesla he managed the product roadmap for all charging and energy storage programs.
