ChargePoint Hires Ajay Agrawal as Chief Technology Officer

Campbell, Calif. - ChargePoint welcomes Ajay Agrawal as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Ajay will oversee ChargePoint’s product management and engineering for it’s entire product line including its cloud-based services, charging hardware and mobile applications.

“Ajay’s extensive design and development experience in is a perfect complement to our business,” said Pasquale Romano, ChargePoint’s CEO. “He will play a critical role in continuing to keep ChargePoint ahead of the market”

Most recently, Ajay was the Vice President of Engineering at Luvocracy, which was acquired by WalmartLabs in July 2014. He has held leadership roles at Oracle, eBay and Microsoft and several startups.

Ajay holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois, respectively.
