The ChargePoint app is required to activate and use your new Flex charger.
Follow these steps to get set up quickly.
Step 1 - Get Your Charger Installed
Have your charger installed and ready to go.
- Prepare for the installation appointment
- If you don’t already have one, find and contact a licensed electrician in your area
Step 2 – Download the ChargePoint App

Download the free ChargePoint app
- Create a free ChargePoint account or sign in
Step 3 - Set Up & Start Charging
Connect your charger.
- Pair your charger to your account following the instructions on the ChargePoint app
- You’re ready to take advantage of features like scheduling, charging history and costs, energy usage, and more
Status & tips
Check Station Status
When the station is powered on and activated, the status light on the front of the station displays status via light color and pulsing.

Installing software or rejecting the card (flashes yellow for 3 seconds). It also occurs during first boot-up when the station is not activated.
