How to use the chatbot?

Follow the instructions below to access and use the chatbot:

  • The chatbot is visible in Chargers, Station Details, Account and Help tabs.
  • Type your question, or pick a suggested topic from the list.
  • The chatbot returns a step-by-step answer with links to the relevant settings inside the app.
  • If the chatbot cannot resolve it (an account-specific issue, a station fault, a refund request), it will ask you to transfer to a human agent. Once you agree, you will be handed off to a human agent with a transcript of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.
