CA Energy Commission NEVI MHD

The CA Energy Commission (CEC) is offering $69.5 million in funding to purchase and install EV charging infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty (MHD) corridor charging through GFO-25-604 California’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program - Solicitation 4 (North / Central). CEC will provide reimbursement of up 80% per project, up to $8 million. Projects must be in northern or central CA, along a CA Alternative Fuel Corridor (AFC), and support MHD charging at a minimum of 3 MW per site. Applications will be evaluated competitively and are due April 22, 2026.
