  • Alameda Municipal Power is offering up to $6,000 in rebate incentives for income-qualified residents purchasing a pre-owned battery electric vehicle. Standard AMP rebates are up to $1,500. Customers must be enrolled in AMP's Energy Assistance Program (EAP) to qualify as income-eligible.
  • The Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District’s (AVAQMD) AFV Program offers rebates of up to $500 to residents toward the purchase or lease of a new battery-electric plug-in vehicle purchased from Antelope Valley Dealerships.
  • The El Dorado County Air Quality Management District (AQMD) is accepting applications for the Drive Clean! program which provides a $599 incentive to County residents for the purchase or lease of an Air Resources Board (ARB) Clean Vehicle Rebate Program eligible vehicle.
  • The Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E Pre-Owned Electric Vehicle Rebate Program is available to PG&E customers who own or lease an eligible pre-owned electric vehicle. All eligible applicants may receive up to $1,000 towards the purchase or lease of a pre-owned EV; additionally, income-qualified applicants may receive up to $4,000 based on their household level of income. Applications must be submitted with 180 days of the date of EV purchase or lease.
  • Peninsula Clean Energy is offering rebates towards the purchase of used plug-in hybrid or fully-electric vehicles. Income-qualifying residents of San Mateo County and the City of Los Banos can now receive up to $2,000 for the purchase of a qualifying used EV. Applicants must submit a reimbursement form within 90 days of purchase.
  • The Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA) Residential EV Rebate Program offers a one time rebate up to $2,000 after purchasing a new or used electric vehicle. Up to two rebates are allowed per household (one per vehicle).
