The Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) is currently accepting applications for EV charging infrastructure projects through their Clean Air Management Program. This program is open to public agencies located in Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties with prioritization for local agencies. The maximum per project funding award is $200,000 and applicants must provide travel activity data on expected emissions reductions. Applications are due August 1, 2026.
