Ipswich Electric Light Department (IELD) offers the Connected Homes Program to help manage peak electricity demand using smart devices. Customers can earn a $10 monthly rebate by enrolling eligible EV chargers. Participants may only enroll in one program, either with an EV or an EV charger—not both.
