MA LBE Fleet EVSE

The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) Leading by Example Fleet EVSE Deployment 4.0 (PON-ENE-2027-001) offers up to $627,390 in grant funding for eligible state entities — including executive and non-executive branch agencies, quasi-public authorities, and public higher education institutions — to deploy EV charging infrastructure. Eligible entities may receive up to $300,000 for Level 2 and DCFC equipment and installation at state-owned facilities, with an additional $127,390 allocated for domicile (residential) charging at up to $5,000 per home for employees authorized to take a state-owned EV home. Covered costs include equipment, installation, panel upgrades, pre-wiring, site assessments, up to 3 years of networking and maintenance, and MoveEV registration fees.
