MI NEVI Round 3
Michigan incentive
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has $51M available through their NEVI Round 3 program. All sites in Michigan are eligible for consideration. However, counties without a selected NEVI charger from Rounds 1 or 2 (shown on the Michigan Round 3 NEVI Planning Map as Phase 1 counties) will be prioritized before making selections outside of these counties. A Proposer may submit up to three Proposals within a single county and submit in as many counties as desired. Each site must include a minimum of four 150kW simultaneous DC fast charging ports for Alternative Fuel Corridor (AFC) sites or a minimum of 100kW per port for non-AFC sites. The federal share covers up to 80% of total eligible costs, with a required minimum 20% match. Proposals are due August 7, 2026.
