New York incentive
Orange & Rockland Utility New York customers may be eligible for incentives when installing Level 2 and/or Direct Current (DC) fast charging equipment for light-duty vehicles. These incentives can lower infrastructure costs associated with preparing your site for electric vehicle chargers and receiving electric service from our grid. Applicants who meet certain program conditions can get incentives that cover up to 100% of the energy company and customer costs of installing Level 2 or direct current fast-charging stations in designated Disadvantaged Communities in New York. Please note that effective April 22, 2026, PowerReady incentives for Level 2 chargers will be discontinued and incentives for DCFC chargers will be paused until further notice. Applications submitted after April 22 will not be considered.
