OH NEVI Round 4

ODOT’s OH NEVI Round 4 is a turnkey DCFC opportunity for installation at public sites throughout Ohio for companies interested in installing and operating EV charging stations along public roadways throughout Ohio. There are no predefined locations or corridors designated for EVSE deployment under this procurement. Proposers must propose 2-10 candidate sites with minimum 4 charging ports per site capable of 150kW output. The program requires FHWA, Davis Bacon, NEPA compliance, and a 5-year operation commitment. ODOT anticipates awarding up to five (5) contracts through this procurement. Applications are due on September 25, 2026 @ 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) with anticipated awards announced October 16, 2026.
