Orange and Rockland MHD Make-Ready Pilot

The Orange and Rockland (O&R) Medium- and Heavy-Duty (MHD) Make-Ready Pilot Program provides incentives for fleet owners and operators in the O&R service territory to install EV charging infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (> 10,000 lbs GVWR) and non-road vehicles. Participants can earn incentives of up to 90% of utility-side infrastructure costs and up to 90% of customer-side costs for qualifying projects in Disadvantaged Communities or MHD public sites or charging hubs outside of DACs are eligible for up to 90% of the utility-side infrastructure costs. Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
