How do I leave Waitlist?

If you no longer need a charge when it is your turn, simply click Leave Waitlist to give up your spot. To leave the Waitlist anytime, open the app, click above the map where it shows how many stations you are in line for, then choose Leave Waitlist.

When it's your turn but you no longer need to charge:

• Open the You're Up! notification and tap at the vertical ellipsis
• Tap Leave Waitlist.
• You'll see a confirmation message that you've successfully left the Waitlist, and your spot is released to the next driver.

To leave the Waitlist at any other time:

• Open the ChargePoint app.
• At the bottom left corner of the map, tap the black bar showing stations you are waiting in line for.

The Waitlist details screen opens.

• Tap at the vertical ellipsis on the top right and click Leave Waitlist.

A confirmation message will appear letting you know you've left.

Leaving the Waitlist doesn't penalize you. You can rejoin the same site later if the Waitlist is still open.
