How do I report a ChargePoint station that is not working properly?
Thank you so much for letting us know of any issues with a ChargePoint station. Drivers like you are an essential part of the ChargePoint community.
You can report an issue with the charging station using the ChargePoint Driver App. Log in to the application and navigate to Chargers. Browse the map and navigate to the station and tap on the port that you want to report. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap Report a Problem.
Make sure to select the exact problem you have encountered at the station. Briefly describe the problem in the Comment section and tap Submit.
Tip: Most stations on our network are independently owned and operated, and the station owner is responsible for maintenance. When we encounter a ChargePoint charging station that is not operating correctly or a driver notifies us that a ChargePoint station is down, we contact the owner and help facilitate the repair as quickly as possible.
