How do I switch between business or personal charging in the ChargePoint app?

If your EV charging package includes paid public charging for business purposes, you can select whether a charging session is for business or personal purposes. Your provider will automatically cover the cost for business charging, and you will pay for any personal charging.

To switch between business and personal charging, complete the following steps:

• Log in to the ChargePoint app.
• Tap on Charging Status to see your current charging session.
• Select Purpose.
• Select Business or Personal for the session as appropriate.

You may need to add payment info to your account to pay for personal charging sessions.
