What if I lose my ChargePoint card or need new cards?

You can order additional replacement cards. To get a new card, you can complete either of the following steps:

  • Log in to ChargePoint app, navigate to Account > Manage Cards and choose Get card.
  • In the driver portal, navigate to Account > Manage Cards > Request.

Note: Keep in mind that your first card is free, but additional cards have a fee.

If you lose your card, delete it from your account so others cannot use it.

In North America, you can also use your smartphone or smart-watch to start charging at ChargePoint public charging stations using Tap to Charge.
