Arizona NEVI Phase 3

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking competitive proposals under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program for the deployment of DCFC charging infrastructure at up to 49 sites across Arizona's state routes, US routes, and interstates. More than $40 million in federal funding is available, with up to 80% reimbursement of eligible project costs. Project Payment Caps range from $800,000 to $900,000 per site depending on the NEVI Zone. Sites must include a minimum of four DCFC ports at 150 kW each that is accessible to the public. Proposals are due January 15, 2027.
