Con Edison PowerReady MHD Pilot Program

Con Edison's PowerReady MHD Pilot covers up to 90% of utility-side and up to 90% of customer-side infrastructure costs for MHD fleet charging. Incentives are based on a tier structure based on DAC proximity. Program expanded in January 2026 to include shared hub models and non-voucher participants. MHD EV charging infrastructure program savings can be stacked with external voucher programs and other Con Edison programs. Apply via PowerReady Portal.
