Fleet-ZERO EV Charging Grant

The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has approximately $5M available in grant funding through their Fleet-ZERO program for the transition of on- and off-road fleet vehicles to electric. Funding is available statewide for private depot charging; shared, public, and semi-public fleet charging; and fleet charging as-a-service (CaaS). Successful applicants may receive between 80-90% of eligible project costs depending on project type and location. This is a competitive solicitation that is currently open until July 17, 2026.
