PA NEVI Community Charging - Southeastern Region

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (DOT) has $34 million in funding available through the NEVI Community Charging Funding Opportunity Round 1 – Southeastern Region for deploying NEVI-compliant Level 2 and/or DC fast charging (DCFC) stations within communities and along roadways in southeastern Pennsylvania to support EV travel. All publicly available locations within the southeastern Pennsylvania counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia are eligible, but preference is given to priority eligible locations identified by regional and local planning efforts. Prospective Contractors may apply for up to 80% of the eligible costs, with a minimum required match of 20% from non-federal sources. The maximum award size per selected project is $1 million. Each site has to offer a minimum of four ports. This is a competitive solicitation with a deadline of August 21, 2026. All incorporated entities are eligible to apply.
