- Tap Report a Problem in the stations/port details page to file a station issue.
- Navigate to Current Session > Help to reach the Chatbot if you encounter issues during an ongoing charging session.
When to call instead:
- Time-sensitive incidents (safety, vandalism, station fire).
- Complex billing questions involving multiple sessions or refunds across periods.
Tips:
- The Chatbot is part of the Open Beta program when first released. And the feedback you give in the Chatbot (thumbs up / down) helps us improve the experience.
- If you prefer not to use the Chatbot, the Public Charging FAQ and Contact Us paths remain.
