Which sessions will it apply to?

Service Fees apply to paid charging sessions and will not have any impact on:

  • Home Flex charging,
  • sessions completed through connection programs (including many workplaces and multifamily properties),
  • $0 (Free) sessions,
  • zero-energy sessions,
  • fleet account charging sessions,
  • sessions on third party partner stations (e.g. EVgo or Blink).
